What we collect

Your email address if you request a mini-reading or notes. Birth date, time and place if you order a reading; this is sensitive to you, so we ask only for what the chart needs, and we tell you why on the form. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and security), Stripe (payments), Brevo (transactional email), Anthropic (drafting of reading text from computed chart positions; your name is never sent, only the positions), Freepik (image generation, no personal data), Google (Search Console and analytics, only after you accept the consent banner). Each processes data under a contract and, where outside the UK, under standard contractual clauses.

How long

Email until you unsubscribe. Order and birth data for 24 months after purchase, then deleted. You can ask for deletion earlier at any time.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Email the address above. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

One strictly necessary preference cookie. Analytics only after you click Agree on the banner. No advertising cookies.
